At Allday Brewing Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care taken in packaging and delivering wholesale orders. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities under Australian Consumer Law.

 

🍺 1. Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Goods

We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

  • Goods arrive damaged,

  • Goods are faulty, or

  • Goods are incorrect due to our error.

If you receive damaged or faulty products, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To lodge a claim, please email sales@alldaybrewingco.com.au with:

  • Your business name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged or faulty items

  • A brief description of the issue

We may request that goods be retained for inspection or returned before a refund is processed.

 

📦 2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Surplus stock

  • Taste preference

  • Damage occurring after delivery

Wholesale orders are final once placed.

 

🚚 3. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, misdelivered, or arrives incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Missed deliveries

  • Redelivery fees

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Risk transfers to you once goods are delivered to the address provided.

 

🔄 4. Replacement or Refund Method

Where a refund or replacement is approved, we will:

  • Refund the original purchase amount for the affected items, or

  • Replace the goods at no additional cost

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original invoice unless otherwise agreed.

 

 5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
